STEEL launches Cyber Reef for P&O Cruises

For the very first time, a cruise company has launched a site totally dedicated to its younger passengers.
‘The Cyber Reef’ is the incredibly fun and interactive Flash environment for kids at the P&O Cruises website www.pocruises.co.uk/reef. Packed with games, activities, information and video, it’s designed to engage, entertain and educate kids of all ages. It gives them (and their parents) an idea of the onboard experience and destinations they could travel to with P&O Cruises.
The Reef is P&O Cruises’ onboard activity programme for 2-17 year olds. It offers a huge range of leisure activities organised daily by P&O Cruises Reef Rangers. The interactive area of The Cyber Reef brings the onboard experience to life and effectively builds brand engagement and awareness. It also demonstrates to parents the great range of family friendly entertainment available on a cruise.
The Cyber Reef has games, activities and information for each age group and will be updated regularly to keep it fresh and current, with daily jokes, photos, and destination information supported by Google Maps.
No other cruise line has a dedicated website aimed directly at its younger passengers and the great thing about the site is that it’s engaging for children of all ages, and equally entertaining for those who have cruised many times before as those who have yet to step foot on board.
Children yet to start their P&O Cruises adventures will be able to see an example of a typical fun-packed day and meet some of the Reef Rangers who might be looking after them throughout their holiday.
